Hostess Gifts for the Holiday Season

Yesterday I shared a few do's and don'ts for holiday parties and one of the items I suggested was to bring a hostess gift. As previously mentioned, a hostess should not expect a gift but it is a  wonderful gesture to someone who has invited you to their home. I suggest bringing something that can be easily put aside and doesn't require immediate attention. Here are a few options:

Artisan Chocolates--These are from Think Chocolate

Candles--This one is from Voluspa

Table Topics--These act as a great ice breakers and conversation starters for many parties

Infused Olive Oil--Pour Olive in Charlotte has a great variety of oils

Coasters--These handmade colorful coasters are from Tapas Trays

Git Tip #69: Voluspa Candles

Chances are you have seen these beauties...they are everywhere from Francesca's Collections to Saks Fifth Avenue. I like these candles not only because of their scents (who can go wrong with a candle named crisp champagne?) but also their beautiful packaging. Every time I see a Voluspa candle, it's too pretty to pass by...I have to stop, check out the artwork and take a smell. They are just classy candles and their scents follows suit. See a few examples below:
