First up....I love a good dinner and a show but doesn't it seem mundane...like everyone is doing that?! Here's a tip on how to upgrade the dinner and a show (really any kind of show from The Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall in NYC to On Q Productions at Sprit Square in NC): instead of driving you and your wife/date/lust of the night to your favorite restaurant and performance hire a car service. It really does elevate the evening plus you and your significant other can enjoy bubbly with reckless abandon:)This gift would be perfect for a birthday, wedding anniversary or some other celebration...and of course it would be very impressive if there wasn't an occassion at all and you just wanted to step out of the norm, I'm just sayin! There are plenty of car services that can be found in your area. Here in Charlotte there is Alto Transportation, Rose Transportation and many others. If you don't want to blindly pick a car service, call a local hotel and ask to speak to the concierge, they can make great rcommendations.

This year I have had the pleasure of working on the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Charlotte Chapter Awards Celebration taking place tonight. I am chairing the silent auction portion of the evening and the theme is Experience Charlotte. The entire committee has been great about bringing in items for the auction and I have been lucky to bring in some pretty snazzy experiences that I hope will cause bidding wars at the event:)
